International / Pre-Australia Tracking
Depending on the shipping route, your tracking link may first update on one of our international carrier partners. If your tracking link begins with “LP”, “YT”, “UB”, or similar, please use the link provided in your shipping email.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is sent automatically once your order has been processed and dispatched from our supplier.
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
Standard delivery is usually 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Why is my tracking not updating yet?
This is normal in the first few days.
Tracking may update within 24–72 hours once your parcel reaches the next scan point.
Delivered” but nothing arrived?
If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot find your parcel:

Check around your property / mailbox / safe drop spots.

Ask household members or neighbours.

Check your Parcel Locker or PO Box (if used).

Contact Australia Post with your tracking number.
